We are partnered with a global telecommunications business who are looking for a seasoned **NOC Engineer** to join their team as they embark on several exciting changes.

This role will be working across a large team and be customer facing, so communication will be crucial in becoming an integral part of the team.

**Responsibilities**
- Delivering on SLA's whilst documenting progress
- Be able to problem solve and deliver solutions in a practical manner
- Be able to use your initiative and help deliver a first class customer experience
- Continuously monitor Technology changes and keep updated with best practices
- Mentor and train junior members

**Experience**
- Extensive IP Networking experience
- Cisco background ideally CCNA or CCNP certified
- Juniper experienced
- Experienced across Data Networking
