Bishopstoke Park, are looking for an experienced Bank Receptionist to join our Admin & Reception Team.
Set in the parish of Bishopstoke within historic county of Hampshire. Our retirement village is located within a beautiful natural woodland, not far from the Itchen Navigation.
Our 42-acre retirement village provides a carefully selected range of independent living accommodation alongside extensive communal facilities and beautiful surroundings to meet the varying needs of our residents.
This is a Bank position; you will be working on our reception desk.
You will be required to work short notice when our permanent staff call in sick and will be required to cover evening and weekends when our permanent staff take annual leave.
Reporting into the Admin Team Leader, responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Welcome guests and resident into the reception area.
- Welcome contractors and support contractors where required.
- Answer the telephone in a professional manner.
- Book residents for non-food events
- Direct visitors to the restaurant and apartments
- Respond to fire panel - training given. Required knowledge & experience:
- A knowledge of Word.
- A knowledge of excel.
- Report of maintenance issues - training given. Required skills:
- Well organised and able to plan workload.
- Strong interpersonal and empathy skills and a friendly personality.
- Able to work individually and as part of a team.
