**This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation that is working towards ending cycles of homelessness, poverty, and social isolation by providing high quality accommodation and first-class support.**

**We deliver a range of services across Coventry, including specialist accommodation for those experiencing multi-exclusionary homelessness, accommodation for migrants and refugees including those with no recourse to public funds, and accommodation for those with a range of additional support needs. We work in close partnership with our local authority and with other support agencies across Coventry to deliver targeted, person-centred support to our customers.**

The role of Concierge is ideal for anyone wanting some additional hours, flexibility, and who has a real passion of working with individuals to make a positive difference. The shifts available will be weekend daytimes 8am - 8pm and there will be the opportunity to pick up additional hours on a casual basis to cover any annual leave or staff shortages.

You will be responsible for helping to keep our properties safe and secure and supporting people who live there.
- Genuine passion, empathy, and a desire to support people experiencing homelessness.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, and digital literacy
- Self-motivation, confidence and competence when working alone
- The ability to mitigate risk, manage situations and make decisions with confidence.
- Understanding of the importance of following procedures including a basic understanding of safeguarding

An Enhanced DBS check will be required.
