Our client provides shipping transportation services across the globe and are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join their expanding HR team. In this role you will work as an employee advocate and change agent while also advising management inspecific business divisions on matters relating to human resources. You will manage the implementation of HR policies, processes and programmes in accordance with specified client groups.

**SALARY**:£45,000 - £48,000

**DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO**:

- Provide daily support for managers and employees on all HR related matters
- Assist in developing and putting into action a people strategy that is integrated, all-encompassing, and commercially oriented
- Provide guidance on and oversee organisational change, including necessary organisational growth and reorganisation
- Assist the company in talent acquisition and transition management
- Identify and define business employment requirements in collaboration with managers
- Help with the yearly bonus and pay evaluation in the appropriate business sectors
- Recognise important human resource hazards and handle employee relations issues
- Identify projects for the company to offer solutions while also identifying talent shortages and learning and development requirements
- Participate in the creation and execution of training workshops to improve managers' and employees' knowledge of pertinent HR topics
- Utilize the HR system to analyse pertinent HR data and perform reports
- Ensure that the organization's requirements for global mobility are satisfied
- Assist in the creation of HR initiatives like the Graduate Scheme
- Consider new plans to improve company branding and staff engagement
- Supply timely data for relevant HR reports
- As needed, oversee staff communication with customer groups and exterior stakeholders
- Be familiar with the company's performance management system and work to fully utilise it
- Explain to Payroll any modifications to the terms and conditions for employees in the customer group

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED**:

- Prior experience in a comparable position or as a Senior HR Advisor is preferrable
- Previous exposure to a fast-paced workplace
- CIPD certification is beneficial
- Previous exposure to successfully using HR tools
- Proven track record of handling employee relations situations
- Experience delivering culture change
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
- Proficient MS Office Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to find and execute realistic solutions
- Strategic thinker
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong business and HR acumen
