Job description:
**About the role:**

Nominet is a company limited by guarantee with c2300 members.You be responsible for implementing and delivering the agreed membership engagement strategy to drive increased support for and understanding of Nominet by our members. You will do this be activelyparticipating in the Member Community and designing a programme of events that engage members.

**The essential bits:**

You will have demonstrable experience of working in a communications environment and impeccable attention to detail.

You will be a skilled planner with experience in managing multiple concurrent activities with significant experience with digital channels such as website, community platforms, webinars etc

Ideally you will have an understanding of the role members play in corporate governance and have worked in an organisation that places great importance on its engagement with members.

**About you and your experience:**

You’ll be a great influencer and understands the importance of stakeholder management and setting clear and realistic expectations. Able to effectively problem solve and use initiative

You will be resilient and a skilled negotiator, able to navigate through complex issues to find mutually beneficial solutions. You will be able to demonstrate understanding of the long-term impact of decisions that you may make.

You will be committed to providing an excellent member experience and most importantly work within a team that share knowledge, collaborate, and want to create an impeccable experience for all.
