**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement Strategic plans to expand the company’s solar and battery operations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including project management, supply chain, manufacturing, installations, and maintenance of solar and battery systems.
- Lead and manage cross functional teams to optimise performance, foster innovation and ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set operational goals, KPI’s and budgets, and regularly report on progress and performance metrics.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for business growth, market expansion and strategic partnerships within the renewable energy sector.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.
- Drive continuous improvements initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness in operations.
- Ensure compliance with Industry regulations, safety standards and environmental guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Batchelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable energy, or related field
- Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in executive leadership roles within the renewable energy industry, with specific experience in solar and battery systems
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth and profitability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
- In-depth knowledge of solar technology, battery storage systems, and emerging trends in the renewable energy sector
- Experience in managing complex projects, negotiating contracts, and navigating regulatory requirements.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in final analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Commitment to sustainability and a passion for driving positive environmental impact through renewable energy solutions.
