The Company was established in 2009 and is a start-up business. The ambition is to establish a premier service business with a turnover exceeding £50m per annum and employing over 300 people within the next 3 years.
To support the Finance Controller in an expanding finance function
**Key Tasks**
To assist the Management Accountants with monthly accounts
To complete balance sheet reconciliations
To raise sales invoices as requested by the management accountants.
To manage internal invoicing system for variable charges and producing backup documents for client charges.
To maintain Purchase ledger on Microsoft Dynamics for all clients.
To post invoices on Microsoft Dynamics for specific clients.
To maintain the Microsoft Dynamics invoice coding process.
To complete supplier statement reconciliations.
To assist the Payables Manager as required.
To complete general administrative tasks.
To complete any other ad hoc duties as requested.
**Attributes required**
Education
Experience
No finance experience is required, but a bright individual with common sense is required
Experience (Desirable)
Knowledge of Dynamics accounts package a distinct advantage
Aptitudes
Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel).
Proactive, analytical and logical thinker.
Strong commercial skills coupled with excellent communication skills.
Strong eye for detail.
Character
Self-motivating and enthusiastic team player.
Flexible and hard working.
Willing to be involved in all aspects of the business.

**Key Terms**
**Salary**: 23,000
Days of Work:5 days per week Monday - Friday. 40 hours per week. It should be noted that there may be occasions when a flexible approach towards hours of work is required to meet business needs. Hours are 8:30 - 5:30
