We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Manager within our amazing team. We are looking for you to lead our company’s health, safety, environment and quality management within best practice and driving continuous improvement. Establishing and maintain HSEQ management systems across our multiple sites. Developing a HSEQ culture, ideally within experience of FMCG/drinks industry. Job description details
- Develop the health & safety management system for dual sites towards ISO 45001
- Maintain compliance with lower tier COMAH regulations
- Champion and deliver a health & safety culture, establishing safety of our people as our top priority
- Advise on safety requirements for future construction/investment projects
- Assist with accident/incident and near miss investigations/RIDDOR events and the development of SMART actions to prevent recurrence and drive continual improvement.
- To provide competent and effective safety advice and expertise to managers and employees and co-ordinate all aspects of SWI Operations.
- Generate and produce regular updates to colleagues on HSE statistics and develop relevant training packages as required.
- Assist in the delivery of a 3 year SHEQ improvement strategy
- Implement and embed standardised ways of working, process controls, problem solving, data capture and analysis and SHE steering across the sites.

**Quality**
- Develop the quality management system for dual sites towards ISO 9001 certification
- Establish HACCP as the foundation of our bottling and cask maturation operations
- Maintain compliance with customer audit standards

**Environment**

Develop the business environmental management system towards ISO 14001 certification
- Support the journey towards net zero across sites and future developments
- Engage with our community in identifying sustainability initiatives
