To provide full HR administrative support for Operations

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Ensure accurate input of monthly payroll data to include: new starters, transfers, changes and leavers

2. Issue and chase offer letters, contracts of employment and pay related letters in a timely manner and escalating where necessary

3. Ensure that all monthly paid employees have the legal right to work in the UK with appropriate documents filed and updated to Fourth

4. Ensure all paperwork is returned by new starters/promotions ie right to work, IT policy etc

5. Ensure all data held on the Fourth system for site salaried employees is up to date and correct, including but not limited to; accommodation information, 48 hour opt outs, contracted hours, contract type and right to work information

6. Periodic and adhoc reports required by Operations (employee listings, supplements)

8. Ensure all our process are maintained and kept up to date, continued review of processes to keep up with the business needs

9. All paperwork is filed correctly in the HR files and in accordance with GDPR

10. Monitor and manage queries and requests that come into the HR Support inbox

11. Manage the payroll system and ensure data is kept accurate and up to date

12. Manage the movement of employee files from G Drive to SharePoint

**Essential Skills**:
1. Excellent attention to detail

2. Previous use of HR database systems

3. Excellent written and verbal communication

4. Good organisation and prioritisation skills

5. Can adapt to change

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 - 20 per week

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,500.00 per year
