**The role**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Fleet Co-ordinator in Camden.

**Salary**: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
**Location**: Camden, London - Hybrid working

Your responsibilities will include:

- Carrying out vehicle inspection according to specified standards and regulations and obtaining accurate data
- Identifying and informing operatives and supervisors of any issues found and any problems identified within the vehicles that you are responsible for inspecting.
- Keeping excellent records of vehicles inspected.
- Booking vehicles for servicing and MOT
- Actioning any maintenance request from daily checks
- Preparing reports based on findings from the inspections to be presented to the fleet's manager, supervisors, mechanics and directors
- Moving vehicles from different locations
- Miscellaneous admin duties on instruction from Fleet Manager
- Deputising for Fleet Manager

**What you will need to succeed**:
We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and who is friendly and positive.
- Full valid Driving License
- Previous fleet admin/inspector experience in a contractor or housing environment
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent data input and understanding of importance of data quality.
- Understanding of vehicle systems and technology
- The ability to coordinate inspection, prepare reports and maintain accurate records
