**About the company**:
The primary focus of this role is to support the development and strengthening of the Consult brand, ultimately resulting in increased global awareness and commercial success for the organisation.

You will be our in-house design specialist, designing and streamlining branded content across a broad range of channels. You will also be able to understand the correlation between a strong brand presence and the day-to-day challenges of a busy recruitment business.

Your aim is to be a valuable partner to the Marketing Manager and internal colleagues, seen as an indispensable resource to the organisation, offering insights and innovation, always able and seeking to add value.

The role is extremely varied and will suit someone who enjoys all elements of marketing, especially design and social media management.

**Brief job description**:
Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a digital marketing apprenticeship with Consult Search, a energetic recruitment consultancy, operating across healthcare and scientific markets all over the world. We partner with aspirational organisations and identify the best talent to drive outstanding commercial performance. based in Sheffield.

Your aim is to be a valuable partner to the Marketing Manager and internal colleagues, seen as an indispensable resource to the organisation, offering insights and innovation, always able and seeking to add value.

The role is extremely varied and will suit someone who enjoys all elements of marketing, especially design and social media management.

**Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of**:

- Produce pitch and presentation documents - ensuring documents are of high quality in terms of proof reading, visual look, and consistency of brand.
- Develop, update, and amend appropriate artwork templates as required to facilitate expedient delivery.
- Create marketing content, in conjunction with the Marketing Manager, the Leadership Team and wider employees.
- Social media and website management including liaising with external account managers (LinkedIn / JobAdder / Interseller etc) whilst also ensuring relevant content is shared on social media channels and our website, using support as appropriate.
- Rapidly deploy e-shot marketing campaigns via the CRM system.
- Maintain and update the CRM system.
- Support delivery of trade show as well as any online events / webinars, practical set up etc.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

- A passion for brand presentation, verbal and written communications.
- Commercially focused - understands urgency and has the desire to win.
- Is constantly looking to develop their marketing skills, is working towards becoming an expert in their field and unequivocally the company go-to person in this area.
- Outward going and socially confident.
- Ambitious and driven - wants to work as part of a high performing organisation.
- Adds to the sense of ‘culture” with Consult, regularly attends company functions (both in and out of work hours) to develop internal relationships.
- Knowledge of Canva.

**Training to be provided**:
Estio apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:

- Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
- Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
- Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
