We have a fantastic new opportunity for a talented individual to join my clients team as a CRM Expert. At the core of our business are our united people, who each play a key role in delivering our values and contributing to our culture.

Reporting to the Strategic Service Manager Operational Support, the team is responsible for the Transition of Services into support.

We are in search of a dedicated and results-driven CRM Expert with a focus on implementing bug fixes and system developments to enhance the stability of our CRM systems and improve user experiences. The primary goal of this role is to address system issues, eliminate bugs, and contribute to informed decision-making while providing valuable learning opportunities for our team.

**CRM Expert Responsibilities**:
**CRM System Enhancements**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for CRM system improvements, enhancements, and new features.

**Scoping and Design**: Develop detailed project scopes and design proposals for CRM system changes, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

**Testing and Quality Assurance**: Plan and conduct rigorous testing of CRM system changes and bug fixes to ensure they meet quality standards and perform as expected.

**Implementation**: Lead the implementation of CRM system changes, ensuring seamless integration and mínimal disruption to ongoing operations.

**Bug Fixes**: Identify and troubleshoot CRM system issues and bugs, working to resolve them promptly and efficiently.

**User Training**: Provide training and support to end users to ensure they can effectively utilize the updated CRM system.

**Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM system changes, enhancements, and bug fixes for future reference.

**Data Integrity**: Ensure the accuracy and security of customer data within the CRM system
