Are you passionate about supporting people to improve their health and wellbeing?

Can you support a programme that helps people to quit smoking, lose weight, move more or just feel better about life?

We need a confident and enthusiastic person to take responsibility for the coordination of our One You Lifestyle Advisor programme, supporting a team of people providing practical support and advice to clients on a range of health improvement issues.

You will be passionate and knowledgeable about public health programmes, with experience of supervising a team of people.

One YOU Lifestyle Supervisors are expected to be kind and responsive but professional and informative and contribute to the quality of the services provided within the community team across the health economy by:
Follow up assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of delegated caseload and escalating changes to the senior Practitioner.

Support in the supervision of One Lifestyle YOU advisors.

Actively work as a member of the multi-professional team to provide high quality care to clients.

Undertake, and report back on delegated clinical activities that have previously been signed competent. e.g. e.g. height, weight, Cholesterol testing, and blood pressure

Manage a delegated caseload of clients

To undertake, and report back on, delegated a range of competent clinical eg (height, weight, Cholesterol testing, and blood pressure) and non-clinical ( eg facilitation and group management) interventions that have previously been signed competent
