We have a number of exciting positions available for Senior and Residential Childcare Workers in the Lancashire area for our new homes. You will work as part of an experienced team providing quality residential childcare services for children within a safeand homely environment.

You will be working for a innovative, dynamic and service led company, we strive for service excellence by investing in our people to ensure that we are making a positive difference to the future of our children and young people we care for.

If you have no prior experience this could be your opportunity to start a career caring for children and young people. We will provide training and qualification to Level 3 in Residential Childcare or Children & Young People Workforce and support from yourcolleagues and mentor to enable you to succeed with a structured pay scale and career development opportunities.

If you have Level 3 in Residential Childcare & Children Young People Workforce, we have a fantastic opportunity available to become a Registered Manager in one of our homes within 18-24 months depending on individual progression.

At Helm Care Services, we are committed to providing the highest possible standards of support to vulnerable children and young people, working in an effective and cooperative manner in a family home environment.

You will be working in a homely environment assisting with daily routine, as well as encouraging engagement in education and participation in daily activities, support, communication, independent living skills, learning and leisure activities. Some challengingbehaviours may present, so similar experience is preferred but not essential.

You will be friendly, approachable, outgoing and genuine, with a desire to improve the lives of young people.

You will be skilled in developing positive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries and remaining accepting and respectful.

**What are the hours?**

The roles operate on a shift pattern as below:

- Day shifts between 7.00am - 7.30pm
- Waking night shifts between 7.00pm - 7.30am
