An exciting opportunity has arisen at Wath Academy for an exceptional Governance Professional to work with an experienced and highly motivated team of professionals.

We are seeking to appoint an organised, enthusiastic and positive administrator to join our Trust Governance team. The Governance Professional will provide a highly efficient service within Wath Academy.

Duties will include attendance and minute taking at Local Governance Committee meetings, formation of agendas, circulation of papers, supporting the Chair of Governors and Principal and providing advice to the Local Governance Committee on governance, constitutional and procedural matters.

Strong ICT knowledge is essential along with excellent organisational and communication skills.

This key role will provide an opportunity for talented individuals to work within a growing area of focus for schools and Trusts. Although a knowledge of Governance is desirable, it is not essential as full induction and training will be given.

**Salary**: £1718.80 per annum (£12.70 per hour) (includes attendance at the meetings and preparation of all papers, agendas and minutes). (This equates to approximately 120 hours per year).
