The Company
A leading manufacturer based in Redditch is seeking a HR Advisor to own elements of the transactional HR workload and support a busy recruitment lifecycle. This company are undertaking a significant investment programme in their capabilities and people withnew leadership driving an ethos of industry best practice.
Key Skills
- Experience of transactional HR tasks such as
- o Contract raising
- o Onboarding
- o ER casework
- o Occupational Health
- o Operational Management support
- o Process and policy review
- o Supporting performance reviews
- o Tracking key people date and reporting
- o Training coordination
- o Recruitment lifecycle
- Partnering with production and support function managers to coach them through people processes
- Proactively advise on potential barriers to success in people's development
- Becoming a key change agent in the business to support cultural and physical transformation
- Supporting Payroll with weekly and monthly information
- Identifying areas for improvement and working with internal stakeholders to close actions
- Maintaining accurate and auditable records on all core HR functions
- Becoming an approachable internal contact for employee advice and development planning
The Person
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards with 5+ years' experience
- Strong HR operational transactional experience
- Experience in a mixed blue and white collar environment, preferably a heavy manufacturing business with a unionised workforce
The Role
- Working hours: 7:30-16:30 Mon - Thur, 7:30 - 12:30 Friday
- This role is an office-based role with the potential for 1 day a week remote working from mid-2023.
