Key Accountabilities:

- All aspects of Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger Processing
- Posting and allocating receipts to Customer accounts.
- Reconciling Customer Remittances
- Monitor credit insurance cover and adjust limits where necessary
- Supplier Payment Processing & BACS cover
- Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
- Raising & Issuing Purchase orders electronically
- Purchase Invoice matching & linking electronically
- Nominal Coding and manually Inputting Purchase Invoices onto the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner
- Meeting month end deadlines
- General Office Duties

Personal Attributes

Previous experience working in both Purchase & Sales Ledger is essential

Competent with Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word

To have an excellent telephone manner and good communication skills to deal with customers, suppliers, and other team members,

Strong communication skills

Time management skills

Proactive and able to work under own initiative,

High attention to detail and accuracy in all areas is essential

Flexible positive “will do” attitude

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
