**Your Role and Responsibilities**

With excellent people skills you will bridge the gap between users and technology. Designing and building creative customer experiences; using real-time analytics and cloud technologies; infusing cognition into our clients’ enterprises and bringing together IBM’s unique capabilities across strategy, innovation, design, data analytics, cognitive computing and technology platforms to develop and deliver high-impact transformation programs.

As an Associate Transformation Consultant, you will work collaboratively with clients to address new technology-enabled opportunities, as well as solving specific business problems. This may involve working through all or any part of the project lifecycle; understanding the client’s requirements and analysing the business context; advising them on best practice or recommended strategy; or designing and delivering solutions.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
As an Associate Transformation Consultant you will focus on delivering value for our clients by helping them to increase their operational efficiency, optimise costs and take advantage of new business models, through the use of a wide range of technologies, including Cognitive IoT Platforms, Connected Solutions, Blockchain and Edge Analytics, as well as helping shape the process and people changes needed to support the implementation of these technologies.

You will work to discover previously unseen patterns, drawing new inferences, and identifying new relationships from big data, helping our clients transform their businesses at speed and scale. Infusing operational and IOT data, edge processing and analytics, and Artificial Intelligence technologies into our client’s businesses and modernising them through Cloud environments.

In your first two years, you’ll move between different projects, partnering with a variety of household names and making a difference to everyday life.

You will work with some of the world’s leading technology specialists in Digital, Cognitive and Cloud. Learning from their experience and working with cutting edge technologies, taking on more challenges and responsibilities as you grow your career.

Our consultants manage projects using agile ways of working, combining business process re-engineering with configuration activities in implementing the latest Cloud based Cognitive Systems, AI and Machine Learning to help businesses make better and more well-informed decisions.
