**Welder Fabricator - Specialist Manufacturer**

**Location: Wellingborough**

**Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 + Pension + Overtime
Days based Monday to Friday**

My client is a world leader in the design and development of specialist high performance plastics and PVC and has been established for over 50 years. This highly respected manufacturer is looking to expand its engineering capacity and is adding to the engineeringteam. **Key Skills**
- **Apprentice Trained Mechanical Engineering / Fab and welding NVQ3**:

- **Awareness of MIG, TIG, MMA welding.**:

- **Understanding of PPM systems / manufacturing maintenance.**

**The Role**

You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in mechanical engineering / City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 Fabrication and Welding qualification and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance environment.

You will have a strong awareness of health and safety Manufacturing experience in medium to heavy engineered mild/stainless steel Coded Welder - MIG, TIG, MMA.

Part of the role will be to fabricate and weld various chutes, platforms, guards, pipework and structural parts of the buildings if required. On a day to day basis you will be working on extruders, conveyers and compacters from a Maintenance perspective.
