**Job Overview**

We are currently recruiting for a Mobilisation Manager to join our passionate and driven Integrated Solutions team based at our client’s site in the Mobile location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client-facing lead for the mobilisation of new Technical Service and Integrated Solution contracts, ensuring a seamless transition and or greenfield project, using project industry best practice methodology and tools.
- The management of project time scope and cost in line with the bid model and agreed client expectations.
- Create and manage a mobilisation plan, to reflect the Services scope and agreed deliverables.
- Advanced user of project software Smartsheet & or MSOP and MSPP (knowledge of Power Bi also useful) for stakeholder updates.
- Analysis and interpretation of contract deliverables both financial and delivery KPIs and SLAs.
- Management and communication of project risk registers.
- Stakeholder mapping to ensure internal and external engagement.
- Actively manage challenges arising from mobilisation activities and the delivery of project work packages.
- Effective communication planning and collaboration with project colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Strong financial awareness, management of mobilisation and bid operating cost model.
- The production of robust contract handover documentation to the BAU operational teams post-contract goes live.
- The production of clear forward plans that capture benefit and promise expectations as outlined in the bid.
- The production of transformation plans that capture post-go-live deliverables and the identification of transformation deliverable owners.
- Client signs off the "Mobilisation" phase and any other project phases as agreed at the commencement date (e.g., Early go live transition & deliverables, transformation, the delivery of longer-term objectives, typically, CSR or CHROMA or Technical commitments(lifecycle maintenance planning or full asset surveys / condition surveys.).

**About You**:

- Proven mobilisation experience with an emphasis on delivering new contracts within Technical Services and Integrated Solutions.
- We’re interested in speaking to experienced mobilisation managers who are looking for a long-term placement as this role will support our 5-year growth strategy and would likely over time have additional roles reporting to them and supporting them in thisobjective.
- Excellent relationship-building skills at all levels with a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder management.
- Able to manage a high volume of tasks, prioritising and effectively communicating project deliverables and risk mitigation.
- Full driving license
