Office assistant required at a small business family run accountancy firm in Nottingham.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments for accounting staff
- reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- typing, compiling and preparing correspondence
- managing databases and filing systems
- implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- miscellaneous tasks to support accounts staff which will vary

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality

**Salary**: NMW

Hours: 20 hours per week

Location: Nottingham near to City Hospital
