Community Care Workers

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

NWCare are recruiting for community care workers for Ballinamallard. The rota is Wednesday one week from 14:00 -19:00 and Saturday and Sunday the following week from 14:00 - 19:00.

No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided

- Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
- Great communication skills
- Able to promote and deliver person centered care
- Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
- Be well organised/professional/caring
- Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
- Care about the community they live in

**DESIRABLE**

QCF level 3 in H & SC
