Do you want more flexibility in your job and an opportunity to get out and about in the community? We are delighted to announce that due to expansion, we have vacancies for community care staff in Ballinamallard. We have a range of flexible rotas beginning at 07:00 until 23:00

We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas.

We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows:
- Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday

Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided

**ESSENTIAL**:

- Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
- Great communication skills
- Able to promote and deliver person centered care
- Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
- Be well organised/professional/caring
- Interested in working in the community within Health & Social Care
- Care about the community they live in

**DESIRABLE**:
QCF level 3 in H & SC
