We are a strategic Manufacturer, encompassing rigorous quality systems with full documentation packages for the Energy and Oil & Gas industries, Onshore, Offshore and Subsea.

We are looking for an Expeditor to join our growing team.

**Job Summary**
- Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via meetings, telephone calls and e mails.
- Ensuring customer requests are fully understood and resolved.
- Follow departmental systems, processes and procedures.
- Manage customer issues efficiently and professionally, escalating to senior managers where necessary.
- Facilitating the efficient movement of goods between various parties and departments.
- Identifying critical shortages or manufacturing delays, ensuring information is shared to colleagues and customers.
- Streamlining inter-departmental communication, often working as a liaison between all departments

- Confident with a positive outlook
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy, particularly with Excel
- Self-motivated and willing to learn and develop within the role

Full Time 40 Hours per week

Salary negotiable, exceeds National Minimum Wage.
