One of the largest medical technology companies in the world has an exciting vacancy for an Swedish speaker to join their customer support team in North West London. The successful applicant will be responding to enquiries from customers concerning medicaldevices and services in a helpful, professional and emphatic manner. This position would be ideal for someone who is motivated by customer service and has experience in or knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical devices. The client provides all necessaryequipment, onboarding and training to be able to work remotely as a hybrid model will be in place.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Demonstrating empathy, patience and resilience while safely assisting customers
- Maintaining knowledge of the system and products by keeping up to date and providing guidance and advice on the products and services

**About you**:
In order to succeed in this role, you should have a customer-focused approach and be fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. **Profile**:

- Required to be fluent in Swedish to a native level, both written and spoken
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in a customer service, customer support or help desk role would be desirable
- Experience with or knowledge of medical equipment and an interest in the healthcare industry is a plus
