**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Accessories Designer. The Accessories designer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks of accessory and jewelry design, product development and researching. They will work closely with our creative director to continually improve and enhance the product offering and overall growth of the company.

**Qualifications**
- Accessory Design & Product Design skills
- Experience in product development and researching
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other design software
- Experience in the eyewear and accessories is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and creatively within a team environment
- Knowledge of production techniques and methods is beneficial
- Trend forecasting

Roles will include:

- Creation of tech packs and distributing these out to the current supply chain.
- Administrative support to the design and product development team, including day-to-day duties
- Attending, and contributing, to the regular departmental creative meetings, suggesting ideas for future trends and providing updates on work activities
- Working closely with key customers on exclusive designs to their brief and their timetable.
- Development of ‘Own Brand’ ranges across multiple brands for womenswear and menswear across a range of accessories.
- Maintaining the internal sample trackers.
- Trend research across colour, fabric, trims and shapes.
- Creating concept boards and CAD design via Illustrator

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
