An opportunity has arisen for a Category Visual Merchandiser for Beauty to join the Frasers Group VM team to work with leading luxury and beauty brands.An excellent opportunity to help drive performance improvements within a £1.5bn turnover plc.

The role will provide support for the continued growth of the business and help ensure that stores maximise turnover, profit and sell through by using set retail space commercially through visual merchandising and space management. This role would suit an experienced results motivated, commercially minded individual with a strong focus on retail standards and an eye for detail.
- Manage and lead on merchandising guidelines based on commerciality, profitability and with the customer experience in mind
- Coordinate business strategy and key department stakeholders from a fascia, brand and product view
- Coordinate and support visual lead in key operational planning across fascia visual strategy
- Produce weekly and seasonal visual store communication that is aligned to business structure and strategy. Work in conjunction with commercial, merchandising and marketing to produce content and communication that reflects our key business objectives
- Align to marketing strategy with brand/promotional campaigns, planning and communication of Brand Activations and product
- Analyse sales and stock information to react to in-season trading patterns and product activity
- Coordinate working processes set by visual lead working alongside the commercial team to assist in space planning and shopfit design
- Liaise and manage relationships with luxury beauty brands to ensure visual standards are upheld and executed
- Support in the visual merchandising development of retail management and support teams with the field and within the store opening and support programme
- Work within the visual retail structure to support the head of retail on new elevation projects within the group
- Deliver visual excellence across the beauty platform
- Support with general maintenance and department administration duties

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience within the Beauty Industry
- Good leadership and influencing skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills. Highly organised with demonstration of follow through capabilities
- Strong Communicator both verbally and in written form
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrates an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment with the ability to deliver key objectives
- Good awareness of commerciality, retail standards, visual merchandising and beauty competitor/industry aware
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Strong decision making skills
- Proactive Team player and builds positive working relationships
- Ability to work well under pressure and think without limits
- Networking across different departments
- Essential - Good Knowledge of InDesign,PowerPoint, Excel
- Desirable but not essential - Adobe Design Packages, Database Knowledge
