**Job Description**:
As part of the Frasers Visual Team, you will provide support for the continued growth of the business, working with leading luxury and premium brands.

You will work with the Premium Visual Manager to maximise store turnover, profit and sell through, achieved through strong visual merchandising, space management and brand collaboration whilst maintaining the Frasers Group and Brand standards.
- Support Premium Visual Manager in key operational planning across fascia visual strategy
- Take ownership of visual merchandising guidelines for fashion apparel, based on commerciality, profitability and with the customer experience in mind. Ensure these communications are updated and developed weekly and seasonally, in conjunction with the wider Visual Team and are aligned to business structure and strategy
- Work in conjunction with the Commercial teams to produce content and communication that reflects our key business objectives
- Liaise with Luxury and Premium brands to ensure their visual standards are upheld and executed, the Frasers Group way
- Analyse sales and stock information to react to in-season trading patterns and product activity
- Align to marketing strategy with brand/promotional campaigns, planning and communication of window schemes and product
- Coordinate working processes set by Premium Visual Manager, working alongside the commercial team to assist in space planning and shopfit design
- Take a lead in the training and development of ISVM’s
- Work within the Premium and Luxury VM structure to support the Premium Visual Manager and Head of Retail on new elevation projects
- Support with general maintenance and department administration duties
- Deliver visual excellence

**Qualifications**:

- Essential - Good knowledge of PowerPoint, InDesign, Excel
- Desirable but not essential - Adobe Design packages, database knowledge
- Good leadership and influencing skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Strong communicator both verbally and in written form
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment with the ability to deliver key objectives
- Proactive team player and builds positive working relationships across departments
- Good awareness of commerciality, retail standards, visual merchandising and competitor / industry aware
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Strong decision making skills
