Regional Decorator

**42.5 hours per week - Competitive salary dependent upon experience, plus company van**

**Initially covering homes in the Hampshire/Surrey regions**

To support the growth of our portfolio of homes, we are seeking a motivated and dedicated time served Decorator, with demonstrative experience of working on their own initiative with a high level of autonomy, resulting in the best possible environment for the residents who form our communities.

**Reporting directly to our Estates Management Team, the key responsibilities for our Decorators, are as follows**:

- Undertake decoration and improvement works to operational care homes within the Avery Healthcare Group
- Preparation of Risk Assessment and Method Statements in relation to decoration and improvement works
- Assisting Estates Project Manager in developing the brief and Scope of Works for decoration and improvement works
- Ensure a safe working environment is maintained at all times and in accordance with relevant statutory obligations.
- Compliance with all relevant health and safety requirements relating to decoration and improvement works

This position will require travel, supporting homes within a specified region for which the use of a company van will be provided. Therefore, a full, UK driving license is essential.
