Part Time Office Administrator/sales Support

We are recruiting for an Office Administrator/Sales Support person to work for a leading provider of IT and AV Solutions. This role could be on a part time basis or up to full time - (the company are very flexible).
The salary will be 22/23K pro rata
**Duties are as follows**:
- Typing up of Quote Reports
- Bidding Deals (getting DR Codes)
- Take in incoming parcels - shared throughout the office/arrange for parcels to go out (get these ready packed up)
- Send out customer check list (this is for room availability, access times etc) making sure this comes back
- Check stock is on site before engineers arrive
- Support assistance for Engineers
- Update of Databases
- Answering incoming calls
- Make sure all new customers are added to the Database on a weekly basis
- Customer Services - general enquiries
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, an eye for detail and accuracy and able to work on your own initiative.
