With over 2,000 properties throughout Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray, we meet the housing needs of a diverse range of people, whilst playing a significant role in improving our tenants’ quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
The post sits within the Corporate Services department, which is responsible for a wide variety of functions to support the Association in relation to Governance, Compliance, Communications and Facilities Management. The department also provides comprehensive HR Support and support to the Association’s Health and Safety Management Group.
The post holder will be expected to provide comprehensive support to managers and employees to deal with transactional and operational HR requirements.
This will include:
- Supporting all HR Processes within the employee lifecycle including; recruitment, induction, performance management, learning and development
- Reviewing HR procedures regularly in line with external changes, recommending and implementing updates to ensure Castlehill are meeting legislative and good practice requirements
- Advising managers on a variety of employee relations matters, including absence, performance management and discipline and grievance procedures, supporting formal meetings where required.
- Provide advice to staff and managers on the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Reviewing contractual documentation prepared by Corporate Services Assistants and other communication before it is sent to employees
- Support operational and transactional processes by providing advice and guidance to Corporate Services Assistance, managers and employees when required.
