As the Sales Team Coordinator you will be integral to the efficiency and effectiveness of the team. Wearing many hats, with various responsibilities, working alongside the Sales leaders to encapsulate the direction that drives the team forward, whilst also acting as the glue to ease alignment, communication, and overall drive productivity.

You'll support the extended joint venture and will be required to support our leaders in developing relationships with our business partners. You will also have focus on supporting engagement initiatives across the Global Sales teams.

**Day to day**:

- Coordinating the Sales leadership team, implementing processes and business tools to ensure alignment across all channels and functions within Global Sales.
- Owning the meeting calendars for our leaders, arranging meetings in a timely manner and dealing with incoming requests.
- Using Salesforce as a key customer (account) appointment tracker, you'll ensure that tasks, approvals, and productivity are tracked
- Own, shape and align the Sales key planner for all B2B activities, including but not limited to marketing, JV partners, B2B events and Sales Drumbeat meetings.
- In partnership with our Events and Marketing team, manage guest lists for senior level events, reporting on attendance and return on investment
- Facilitate the Sales Drumbeat (meetings), sticking to the agenda and ensuring the participants are engaged and on-task.
- Delivering leading administration support, using available technology to drive process improvements and efficiency of the remote-based Sales team.
- Engaging our external customers, maintaining visibility of key leaders with the key customer (accounts), ensuring regular meetings are held during the year and that we deliver on our vision
- Supporting the VP and Heads of with the wider Sales team engagement plan
- Organising and booking business travel itineraries

**About you**:
While you'll be a key player in our Sales function, you don't need to come from a sales background. We're looking for someone who possess excellent organisation skills with the ability to engage others and build proactive working relationships with colleagues, and key partners.

In addition to the above we're looking for the following:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good numeracy skills
- Ability to work to spin multiple plates at once often to tight time constraints
- Confident in managing multiple leader's diaries, ensuring they're effectively managed
- Proficient with Microsoft office software, Salesforce is desirable
