We are collaborating closely with a college situated in Redbridge, which is actively seeking to appoint a dedicated SEN Learning and Behaviour Mentor.

In the capacity of a SEN Learning and Behaviour Mentor, you will work alongside the Head of Year and the safeguarding team to ensure that each student receives tailored and effective support.

Your role will encompass guiding students in the KS3 to KS5 range, nurturing positive behaviour through a balanced approach that is both gentle and firm.

Strong communication skills and the ability to generate comprehensive reports are pivotal to this role, as written feedback will be a regular requirement after each session.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
