The People Analytics team support the business through relevant business insights delivery and regular cadence reporting. As Insights Manager, you are responsible to partner with the business and gain in-depth understanding of most important business challenges. You will work with a group of highly capable colleagues to secure value adding deliverables through analytics, reporting and data storytelling. You will play a critical part in our future success of bringing data-driven insights to benefit decision-making in our business

**C**ore Responsibilities**- Support HR partners and leaders by uncovering business problems through analytics projects and including diversity quarterly and reports updates-
- Deliver excellence in data storytelling-
- Lead diversity & inclusion agenda from an analytics and reporting perspective-
- Experience on leading D&I surveys (including analysis and reporting of data to HR Leadership stakeholders)-
- Support the team on cadence reporting and monthly deliverables-
- Drive data stewardship and literacy in our organization by laying foundation for the next level of people analytic practices**Do you have what it takes?**- Several years of experience in a people analytics function and partnering with business to deliver analytics projects
- A demonstrable track record in data storytelling, motivated by deriving insights from big datasets and making fact based recommendations
- Expertise on diversity & inclusion topics from an analytics point of view-
- A phenomenal collaborator and communicator with a keen interest in understanding relevant business problems through data
- Experience working with Workday, Visier and across core HR deliverables and processes is a plus**What’s in it for you?**:
