Facilities Administrator

Overview:
We have an exciting an opportunity for a Facilities Administrator to join our site in Belton, just outside of Loughborough

You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Hillcrest and another one of our sites, ensuring the smooth day to day running of the facilities, plant and equipment. This is achieved through professional, accurate and organized administrative support for site specific projects, systems, reporting any health and safety matters as well as being a point of contact for the team and any CAFM related external contractors.

This is a full time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week), although we are happy to discuss flexible working

**Responsibilities**:
Day to Day you will (not an exhaustive list):

- Providing local administrative support to the wider Hillcrest site
- Efficient local management of dedicated software system processes
- Issuing and allocating work requests
- Working alongside management to support facilities and site specific projects
- Managing department purchase orders and invoices
- Produce and collate monthly reportable data
- Support management with the production reports
- Ownership of contractors induction register and annual refresher(s)
- Shared responsibility for relevant Security, Health and Safety administration.
- Visitors/contractor management of process (access, hosting, training protocols)
- Joint person responsible for assisting with the organisation of meetings and associated tasks
- Supporting the site administrator
- Undertaking any other administrative tasks as reasonably required by management
- Carrying out all tasks in accordance with Home Office, Health & Safety and ISO 9001 compliance
