**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Administration of the company credit cards, including chasing in receipts, communicating with cardholders and entering adjustments into the accounts.
- Responsibility for the LGC cashbook, cash report and manual payments.
- Head office banking.
- Ensure that weekly reports to Ops team are distributed in a timely and accurate way.
- Admin of bank books for stores.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as and when required.
- Develop knowledge of all Treasury functions with a view to being able to cover/assist colleagues, across the brands.
- Assist team where required with posting transactions, processing vouchers, responding to inbox queries etc.

**WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE IN YOU**
- You are a proactive and driven individual capable of seeing projects through to completion.
- You should be able to multitask and manage multiple projects.
- You will have a focus on results and meeting targets.
- Team player who is willing to get involved in all aspects of the department.
- Finance experience preferred.
- Excel/Google Suite skills ideal.
- Navision system experience preferred.
- Inquisitive mind-set.
