A great opportunity has arisen for a Pricing Co-Ordinator - 6-12 month fixed term contract in our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in Milton Keynes.

Reporting to the AR Manager and working closely with the commercial controllers, you will be responsible for the accuracy of LUUK’s pricing to ensure accurate billing, reporting and gain an understanding of customer accounts and phasing of changes.

**You will be great at**:

- Ownership of pricing from the account manager through to the customer service team
- Ensure accurate pricing is maintained to maximise revenue and reduce customer billing queries
- Reviewing PCF’s (Price Change Form) to ensure calculation is correct along with date ranges/time frames
- Understanding of Group & Table pricing and maintaining a high level of accuracy across the different segments
- Reviewing & update any price changes to product codes due to pallet size/weight/labelling
- You will also be part of the AR team duties may include:

- Banking and Cash Allocation
- Issuing Credit Notes
- Monitoring and chasing overdue customer accounts
- Management of customer queries and any price discrepancies
- Resolving customer queries by liaising with internal sales, technical and customer services team

**You have**:

- High level of accuracy to ensure customer pricing / corrective actions are correct
- The ability to report on customer phasing that allows the business to identify any gaps/challenges
- Working with account managers to ensure price changes and relevant billings are correct.
- Working with the customer services team to ensure system changes reflect the latest pricing.
- Understanding of periodic surcharge changes and how different accounts are phased differently.
