Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be supporting a Bexhill based client who seek a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary basis for 3-6 months. Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role will be assisting with a range of accounts payable duties within a growing finance team.

Duties will include:

- Processing payment runs and ad hoc payments
- Processing invoices onto the finance system
- Managing invoice queries
- Uploading payments
- Supplier statements and reconciliations

Essential skills and experience required for this role:

- Strong Excel skills
- Experience working within a finance and/or Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger role previously
- Ability to commute to Bexhill offices
