**Scanning Assistant**

Starting salary between £20259 and £21900 per annum

**Based at Kings Court Council Offices, King’s Lynn**

We need you to join our team to administer incoming and outgoing mail; including secure post opening, sort and distribution of mail and scanning into a computer system ensuring it’s indexed correctly. You will also provide other clerical support for the Environment and Planning team.

Educated to GCSE level you will have a working knowledge of computers and excellent interpersonal skills. With excellent communication skills, you will be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure and ideally have knowledge of office procedures.
