TWO ROLES AVAILBALE - 1 X STOURBRIDGE AND 1 X KINGSWINFORD

Due to major business wins, the company are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join their growing Purchasing and Procurement team.

Key responsibilities as a Purchasing Assistant:

- Making phone calls to new and existing customers/suppliers.
- Data entry.
- Raising purchase orders and payment requests.
- Managing invoices.
- Liaising with the procurement manager, customer services, finance and sales teams.
- Freight tracking and import management.

Skills & experience required:

- Strong IT skills.
- Experience using MRP/ERP systems or something similar.
- Experience of international imports and shipping.
- Previous purchasing/supply chain experience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
- High levels of integrity and professional ethics.

You will be working Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
