**Responsibilities**:

- **Direct Support**: Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people within our established children's homes.
- **NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare**: Utilize your qualification to ensure a high standard of care and support.
- **Passionate Dedication**: Be a passionate and dedicated team member, contributing to our mission of making a REAL difference.

**Requirements**:

- **NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare**: A must-have qualification for this role.
