**Administrative Assistant
Location: Taplow, Maidenhead

**Salary**: Up to £25,000 - working 5 days per week - full time**

You will be working as part of the team at a highly respected Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Plc.

**The Role: Administrative Assistant**:

- You will deal with a wide variety of administrative tasks supporting your colleagues and clients of the Practice
- You will manage and collate key data for reports and portfolio reviews
- Dealing with enquires and correspondence from clients and providers
- Managing the database of clients and diary management for the Partner and Advisors
- Processing new business and writing basic suitability letters
- Full training can be given and there is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge within this exciting and fast paced environment

**The Person: Administrative Assistant**
To be considered you will need:

- Previous work experience as an Administrator or within an office support role. Financial Services experience is useful but not essential
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
- Strong attention to detail and be able to problem solve and think on your feet
- Good time management and planning skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Programs
- It is essential that you are confident in dealing with colleagues, third parties and can work with total discretion
