**About Our Client**:
My client is a household name seeking to add an accounts payable clerk to their team

The core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Processing stock & tooling invoices
- Preparing payment runs for overseas suppliers
- Allocating invoices to payments after payment run
- Landing costs for products
- Processing petty cash
- Preparing cash floats for roadshows
- Apportioning freight costs to products
- Reconciling stock held in 3rd party warehouse (consignment stock) to AX
- Posting NI on company cars
- Reconciling HVC sales & cash
- Processing commissions on intercompany sales
- Input exchange rates into AX monthly
- Supplier statement reconciliation (posting accruals)
- Supply purchase prices of products to customer services for DPD claims

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Ideally have purchase ledger experience
- Have excellent communication skills
- Potentially be studying towards a professional accounting qualification
- Have excellent organisation skills
