We offer our customers a one-stop accident repair service, handling all aspects of the process from vehicle recovery to insurance claims to the repair itself.**

Main Responsibilities:
- Case management, ensuring each case is progressed in line with department processes.
- Liaising with customers, clients and insurers regarding a range of queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Dealing with internal and external queries.
- Ensuring first time resolution by displaying a thorough knowledge of all processes and understanding the needs of the customer.
- Achieving individual and team targets including call quality measures, efficiency and attendance.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
