Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location: OX16 3ED, Banbury

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 17:30pm

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Responsible for dealing with Covid19 test kit customer queries and placing manual orders.
- Using CSS (Customer Service System) Training provided
- Tracking orders, produce customer invoices and/or credits based upon weekly or monthly service activity
- Co-ordinating communications for internal and external customers and departments

- Customer service experience - Essential
- Logistic knowledge - Desirable
- Microsoft Office at an intermediate level
- Quick learner
- Must be able multi-task and prioritize
