**Factory Hygiene Team Leader**

**Location - Ashford**

**Hours - Two-Week roster over a period of six weeks.**

**Week 1&2: 0600 - 1400 Hours**

**Week 3&4: 1400 - 2200 Hours**

**Week 5&6: 2200 - 0600 Hours (Four Days Monday - Thursday)**

We’re currently looking to recruit a **Factory Hygiene Team Leader **to lead, direct and participate in ensuring all activities in the factory hygiene teams are completed on time and to the required standard. You will be responsible for the day to day aspects and delivery of the factory hygiene service within the contract specification on your shift. You will actively enforce relevant statutory, company and site health and safety compliance, and build a positive working relationship with the clients shift supervisors and compounding team.

In addition, you will assist with staff recruitment, and have practical involvement on the onboarding of new staff. We’re looking for someone who is hardworking and committed to ensuring the highest cleaning standards.

**As an Apleona Factory Hygiene Team Leader, we’re looking for**:

- Managing people experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Knowledge and ability to operate floor scrubbing machines
- Clean driving licence
- Forklift truck license (desirable)
- Flexibility to support the team during absence and holidays etc.

We’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job and be part of the team. You will work the above hours and be paid an annual salary of £30,357.90 with access to the following Apleona employee benefits.
