**Job Description**:
The Senior Proposal Associate plays a crucial role in the proposal development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create winning proposals that meet client needs and objectives. This position involves managing the end-to-end proposal process, from initial request through submission, and requires a combination of project management, writing, and editing skills.

Role & Responsibilities include:

- Leading the proposal development process, including analysing RFP/RFI requirements and timelines.
- Writing, editing, and formatting proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with requirements.
- Creating executive summaries and other sections to highlight key selling points.
- Developing and maintaining a proposal schedule, ensuring all deadlines are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-4 years experience with proposal development
- English language proficiency
