As a Youth Lead you will join a committed team and play a vital role in Springboard, making a difference to the lives of our participants.

The Youth Lead will be responsible for a new and innovative youth-led programme involving Springboard’s Advisory Group who will bring together young people from different backgrounds to mark the 25th anniversary of the Good Friday Agreement. The programme will support our Advisory Group to lead their development journey. They will also deliver an event to examine the legacy of the Good Friday Agreement for todays’ generation and share the learning.
- Holds a 3rd level qualification in Community/Youth work or a related field OR working towards qualification
- Experience of leading and managing development programmes to support young people on youth-led activities/programme, including eg events, masterclasses.
- Experience and expertise in mentoring / one to one assessment & support with young people facing multiple/complex issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £28,371.00 per year
