**The Role & Team**
- North East Lincolnshire Council currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced KS1/KS2 teacher to join our Education and Inclusion team as the Statutory Assessment Moderation and Monitoring Officer, working within our dedicated Children’s Services Team.
- Reporting to the Head of Service for Standards and Effectiveness, this role is to lead the statutory external moderation and monitoring processes for KS1 and KS2, including: KS1 and KS2 SATs; KS1 and KS2 Teacher Assessment and the Phonics Screening Check. Also, this role will provide information, advice, guidance and training to primary schools and early years settings on the statutory assessment and reporting arrangements for EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- We are passionate about collaborative working with our education partners across North East Lincolnshire. You will be a key partner in driving performance and improving standards within primary settings in our area and will work closely with the other managers across the service to ensure children are at the centre of all we do. **Your Responsibilities**
- Some of the day-to-day role will include:

- Co-ordination of the programme of moderation and monitoring of statutory assessments (KS1 and KS2 SATs and teacher assessment);
- Providing information, advice and guidance to schools and early years settings on the assessment and reporting arrangements for statutory assessment;
- Analysing data related to statutory assessment;
- Writing reports to a variety of stakeholders about educational outcomes for children and young people in North East Lincolnshire.
