**Penetration Tester - up to £750 a day inside ir35 - 14 months (extension highly likely) - Gloucestershire - one stage interview - fully onsite working - Sector: Aerospace & Defence**

Yolk Recruitment are recruiting for a penetration tester too work with a global leader at the forefront of defence technology.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects at the forefront of pen testing.

**Reasonability's**:

- Design and conduct simulated social engineering attacks
- Research and experiment with different types of attacks
- Develop methodologies for penetration testing
- Review code for security vulnerabilities
- Automate common testing techniques to improve efficiency
- Write technical and executive reports
- Validate security improvements with additional testing
- Analyse the overall business model and feedback areas of improvement

**Core Skills**:

- Hold a current eDV security clearance.
- Past or current experience in the CHECK scheme or a company that adheres to CHECK standards.
- Experience Reverse engineer malware or spam
- Demonstrable experience in security assessment methodologies. Proficient in the use of security assessment tools, including vulnerability assessment and security scanning tools.
- Strong knowledge of networking principles

**Desirable Skills**:

- Previous experience in the defence or aerospace industry
